About ImageStep
ImageStep is an image-operations API for automation builders: the step in an n8n workflow, an agent loop or a script that generates, edits, cuts out, upscales, converts or measures an image, and hands back a stable URL. It is built and run by one independent developer (jun-zhang-pro on GitHub), with the API as the product and the console as a thin surface over it.
What it is not
Not a photo library, not an editor, not a chat app, not the cheapest model aggregator. AI ops are resold near provider cost and priced per op in dollars so the invoice reads the way the code does.
